The Rally of a Region (ROAR)
The Rally of a Region (ROAR) is a weekend Winter Camp for the young people across our region.
The heart of ROAR is to create a space for us to build connections, make friends, and be encouraged to do brave things for Jesus.
Hosted by HopeBathurst, and organised by Strong Nation Church, ROAR will be full of opportunities to have fun, make memories, explore new depths in your relationship with God and get a vision for how he could use you to change your world. This is a weekend that you don’t want to miss!
This year our theme for ROAR is “IT’S TIME”. It is time to put your hand up, lay your life down, and do something brave for Jesus!

ROAR FAQs
What is Rally of a Region (ROAR)?
The Rally of a Region (ROAR) is a 2-Day Winter Camp for the young people across our region. It’s also an opportunity to explore our rural districts and communities. This whole event ends on a high, with our all-in Night Rally.
Where is ROAR happening?
Organised by Strong Nation Church, this event is hosted by, and run at HopeBathurst, Kelso NSW. ROAR is full of opportunities to have fun, make memories and dig deeper in your faith.
How does the 2 Day Camp work?
Event check-in is open from 6PM Friday, we’ll be bedding down at HopeBathurst for 2 nights. They have generous amounts of space to accommodate us during this event, with bathroom and shower facilities on site. Guys and girls will be allocated to separate sleeping areas. At $60 per registration, this covers the cost of our stay including all meals during the event.
As this is a Winter camp, don’t forget to bring warm bedding and clothes appropriate for the cold weather.
What if I just want to participate in the Saturday events?
Easy! You will need to register for a $40 day pass which allows you to participate in all activities. This will also cover all the meals during the day including dinner after the Night Rally.
What if I just want to come to the Night Rally?
Even easier! All you need to is register for the Night Rally itself and it is 100% Free!! In order to make this ticket free, we will not be offering dinner under this registration.
What’s happening at Lithgow CLC?
We’re heading over there on Sunday morning for their 10am service. We intend to flood God’s house with praise, worship and energy!
